The i-qbox Human Performance Suite now supports competence management.

The i-qbox Human Performance Suite, a modular solution developed by the Swiss company Comartis, was one of the first online testing applications in the market. What started as a project for a leading Swiss Bank has over years grown into an award-winning corporate training solution.

As CEO Omar Lahyani states: “The i-qbox increasingly supports processes beyond the traditional scope of Learning Management Systems, focusing on the alignment of training processes to business goals.”

The latest addition to the i-qbox is the Competence Management module. It allows assessing competencies across an organization through self- and foreign assessments. Based on the results, the system identifies appropriate development measures for individual career plans.

When it comes to running the Competence Management, a high degree of automation has been built-in. Following a predefined workflow, employees and supervisors get notifications to fill out assessments including reminders if they do not comply in a given time span.

Comartis is proud to have won BMW as one of the first key customer for the i-qbox Competence Management module.
