Sales and the 'Talent Magnet'

A lot is written about being a ‘Talent Magnet’, either as a company, or as President. It’s all good practice – listen, mentor, reward, provide clear goals and career maps. Good practice for the employer, but what about the employee?

When I opened up my business for the first time, I was extremely excited with the people that would be working for me and the space I was renting out. A few weeks before the job started, I realized I had nothing to fill in the space I rented. At previous jobs, I noticed employees always complimenting on how well the office was designed, and how “modern and cool” it was to work there. Even though this is a small little detail about business, I knew that I should take my time and pick out the right pieces of reasonably priced furniture, not only for myself, but for my employees to get excited about the company and the common workspace. I recently discovered http://www.dancker.com . NJ office furniture store online will have everything you need. Whether it’s a corporate or educational setting, Dancker’s unique modern look is pleasing to any eye.
